  • I've had mixed results with this Black's location in Market Mall. While the service in store has been pretty great, I've had trouble on the phone. I dropped some film for processing and was told it should take less than two weeks. Three weeks later I called and was told that my order wasn't ready, but I would be called when it came in. Since it involved it being mailed out and mailed back and I had dropped it during the mail strike, I wasn't too concerned. I called back a month and a half after I had dropped the film and was put on hold for 5 and then 10 minutes and hung up on before I was helped. When I went in person to check on my order, the dates showed that it has been returned to the store and sitting for weeks. The in-store service has been good to great in my experience, but the phone service was beyond bad and that my order was sitting for so long (after I'd been told I would be called) was really disappointing. While I was happy with the processing and price, next time I'll skip the wait and go to Vistech.
