  • I will not come back to this place any more after I get my prescription for contact lens. The front desk ladies are rude and not professional, Not willing to work with the customer. The doctor was good but I will have to find another place because I hate rude customer service. The manager of the practice called and was very nice and was able to work out my problem. I like the doctor a lot, it's just that I don't like to be treated badly by the front office people. They might know all the insurance policy but the tone of voice they talk to the patient should not be rude. The front desk people really play a big part. The office should only hire nice people to run the front desk because that's the first thing that the patients see. If the people are not good at customer service they should never never work in the front desk or receptionist area. I appreciate the manager working with me so I can get glasses and contacts.
