  • Counter person seemed somewhat abrupt. Dropped off an overnight delivery package at 7:45am and asked when UPS was going to pick it up. He stated at 5:30pm! Just one pickup per day?? They already had packages stacked 4-5 foot high behind the counter, so it would appear they have enough business to request a couple of pickups per day. Not sure how they are going to get my package delivered out of state the next day if they don't pick up packages until the end of the day.
