  • When I walk in around 2pm 1/5/18 I witnessed a very polite young lady trying to get a picture of how long the wait would be as she had to leave work and was allotted a "window of time" to return. She was treated with a bridled attitude and was told that it would offend the others if she told her even a window of time. I was unimpressed with the lack of professionalism and was pressed for time myself so I asked what the wait time was. I was met with even more attitude and she gave the same excuse . I really felt she had a resentment towards certain people. She clearly hates her job and "most" people she encounters. On my way out I ask someone if they minded sharing the wait time and they were clearly unhappy with the wait. People don't mind waiting for good service but this was not a good first impression so I made an appointment with a clinic. If I owned this business I would hire someone friendly and without bias.
