  • It makes me so sad to give this place 2 stars. I really wanted to love it here. I tried 3 times. The salon is lovely and the staff are friendly. That I can't complain about. I went in for a cut, first time in the salon. The cut was just ok. After trying to live with it for a few days. I called and told them I just didn't feel comfortable and they agreed to have me back in to fix it. I had a different girl fix it cause I was uncomfortable with explaining to the first where I was unhappy. On visit #2. Back after a few months I tried the same girl who fixed my hair. A well yet again not happy. Cut was way off. Again I returned to have it fixed. She was super kind and accommodating. I have natrual blonde hair and it can be a bit of challenge to cut. Visit 3# another girl, because the one I requested was not available. I just wanted to clean up the cut I have. Also, I know that I was clear that I don't like my hair styled bone straight...and I left the salon three times with bone straight hair. It's very unsatisfying. I really wanted this place to work out. Unfortunately I will be moving on.
