  • This was one of my best experiences with T-Mobile. I've gone to other T-Mobile stores where my experience was horrible, At this location, I was adding a line to my account and had many questions. The representative I dealt with was patient, going over everything I needed to know until I felt confident in my decision. He was funny, personable, and professional. After I left, I had to return due to a problem with my phone. The representative immediately got on the phone to fix the problem. I could not have asked for better service.
