rev:text	when you see the amount of filtered one-star reviews from one-time yelpers that this place has (sorry to put you on blast guys, but savvy yelpers could tell anyways!), you see why the filtering system makes sense. I too bought a voucher. It was $40 for two sessions, which is dirt cheap compared to the $40 for a rembrandt kit, or $600 I spent on Zoom some years ago. Two things first: 1) I've whitened my teeth before and am realistic about results. (they're pretty white to begin with) 2) I read the above-mentioned reviews in advance, so i was prepared for the shared room situation. the shared room was a bit... unusual, but very comfortable and the other client and I joked around (in so far as we could communicate without the working use of our mouths) with Natalie, who did the whitening. Before I was done, I heard natalie discuss follow-up/further whitening options with the other client and it was NOT a hard sell at all. she suggested drug store options, as well. when my whitening time was up, i could definitely see a difference but it wasn't like WOW BRITNEY SPEARS IN 2004!!!!!-level white. I wanted whiter and asked what my options were. Note: I opened the convo, not the other way around. Natalie gave me a few options, again, no hard sell. They were all totally affordable; she offered to do the same treatment again at the voucher price. The choice I opted for was a bit more than voucher price but I'm happy with my decision. Service was good, results were good, price was very right.
