  • I would say my experience is quite the opposite of the other reviewer (Heidi S.). I called one afternoon and spoke with Gary (one of the owners), who said to drop off the car in the morning and they would take care of it. Took care of everything without any problems ... even checked other things on the car without even being asked. Topped off windshield fluid, checked other fluids, checked tires and air pressure, and so forth. Gary even gave me a free pass to the carwash across the street (Wiki Wash?) since my car was a little dirty. If I had wanted a nice detail, MBV even has a guy in the back who will detail your car and make it look brand spankin' new (there is a charge, but worth it). Overall, I was very pleased (and prices were extremely reasonable). P.S. I thought I definitely needed new tires, but Gary said I've got another few months before they are a concern. How many auto shops would say THAT to a customer as opposed to working a sale out of it?
