  • This is a great find if you're staying in the Harbourfront area! We were at the Westin next door and the more special restaurants are elsewhere in Toronto, but Sobeys had very high quality hot and cold, ready-made meals at a very good price. It was a beautiful day so we ate it outside on the water, like a perfect picnic. On the hot bar, the lightly battered fish fry was delicious. (I put it over rice and one of the sauces on the hot food bar). It was better than most fish and chip meals in Toronto for a really great price. (I had that full meal plus an Asian pear for $9) My friend bought the Jamaican beef patties, (looks like an empanada), and really liked hers as well. They are open late and right on the waterfront.
