Having closed on a new house in early May, our subdivision cluster mailbox and keys were incorrect from the builder's sales office and unknown to us. Kept checking for mail but nothing in the box. Starting to get worried when a local vendor stated our account was past due and we never received an invoice. The USPS Staff were very helpful, and the Supervisor went out of her way to locate the correct box, delivered all our long list mail to our house, straightened out the key discrepancy with the builder's office and came to our home to deliver the correct keys! We can't thank the Surprise USPS office enough! Great job and satisfied customer! And blessings to Toni and the lovely Supervisor for all their help!
