  • Beyond DISAPPOINTED! I went in for a fill and to take my niece for her first full acrylic set. I was very clear I wanted a GEL FILL ONLY. Shop was busy, which is understandable considering it was the weekend. The gentleman that took care of me began by drilling some of my color then approach with soaking my nails with acetone. Found it odd considering I was only going in for a fill. He started to apply the color I had chosen without filling my nails. I didn't want to cause a scene in the salon considering there was others customers and they were very busy. I saw my nails they were un even and I definitely didn't get what I went in for. Gel fill was advertised for $22 when I approached the cashier he charged me $25 for a GEL MANICURE AND $5 for REMOVING my nails. I NOT ONCE MENTIONED I WANTED A GEL MANICURE and if he would have mentioned to me he was going to charge me $5 to remove my nails I would have brought up that I was only there for a GEL FILL. HORRIBLE MY NAILS WERE PERFECT BEFORE I WENT IN I ONLY NEEDED A GEL FILL.
