  • Let down on Christmas. I will not be shopping there again. I purchased a sweater at the store on the 21st, but I needed a different size for my fiancĂ©. They assured me it would be in by the 23rd, but the 24th at the very latest. I heard nothing from them, so I called in on the 24th. The item had not even left the original store. I asked for a refund over the phone as I am only visiting Canada and don't have time. I was told that this wasn't possible. I asked to speak with the manager and was put on hold. I asked the second person for the refund again, explaining my situation, assuming he was the manager. He apologized for not knowing how to do this as he had just started that week. He said for me to hold and he would consult the manager. The manager was able to refund over the phone. Both the original sales person, and the first employee I spoke to on the phone let me down. Oddly enough the employee who had only been there a week was the most helpful. That kind of service is unacceptable from any place, but much less from a place that aligns itself with luxury brands. You do not buy luxury only for the name or quality, you absolutely buy it for the service it comes with. Absolute disappointment.
