  • This was my first rental car because i was in an accident and had to get my car repaired. I called for a pick up and it took about 30 mins and the location was 5 mins way, the person who picked me up was a Hispanic man who looked dirty, was not wearing anything profession, he was in jeans and a sweater. The vehicle he was driving was unmarked so for all i know i was getting in the car with a stranger who was not from Hertz. Once I arrived to the location there office was a trailer, really dirty and could only fit about 5 people. I had to wait about 45 mins for the rental car because it was still being picked up from a different location and was only filled 3/4 of way with gas. I decided to just take it as is because i did not want to wait any longer. Then a week after i returned the car I noticed a charge on my card for $53.61, I called and they said it was because the car was not returned with a full tank, I spoke the guy (James) who did my reservation, who remembered me but did not remember telling me i only had to return it with 3/4 of a tank(of course he didn't remember right), I returned it to almost full and still got robbed. They did not try to do anything to keep there customers happy and coming back, i would suggest never going to this location. I will also be writing a letter to their corporate office.
