I had high hopes for this place since my mom lives in the area and was looking for a new location.
The chair they put me in was broken so unless I wanted it to massage me (which I didn't), you have to sit with the ball of the massager poking you in the spine. The remotes for the chairs were pretty worn and some of the buttons stuck making them hard to operate.
My tech was nice, but the massage literally lasted 20 seconds and was pretty hard. Meanwhile, the TV was cranked up so they could hear it over how loud the bath part of my chair was, so once it was over, we were just listening to a super loud TV.
She did an okay job on painting my toenails, but when I got home and took a closer look, I could see she'd painted portions of my skin as well. A quick rub of acetone took it off.
Like I said, she was super nice and they had Essie available, but I probably won't be back.
