  • Long time customer not anymore, now that their policies have changed they make you wait up to an hour so they can fill the vans to capacity and that's after you get in the van, on a slow night you might as well take Uber, it could take up to 3HRS for you to get home. The drivers don't say much except they're waiting for customers, they have no control on when they can depart dispatch controls their departure time. Complaining to customer service (joke) they tell you to up grade if you don't like to wait, well I up graded to Uber no waiting home in 1/2 hr and they don't charge for extra people.
