  • We bought 4 dining room chairs from different locations. Now I know they are not American made quality but for us they work. My problem is we only used them 10 times in 2 years. I normally eat in my recliner watching tv. The chairs get used when the kids come in twice a year. The leather started peeling so I took one over for the manager to look at. He took pictures and sent them to the company. I didn't hear anything for 3 weeks so I called them. The Manager said he had forgot to follow up with the company. He called me back and said the company told him normal wear and tear. Now is where he stepped up and gave great customer service. We received a 350 credit and ordered in 4 new chairs for an additional 50.00. I have to say it's nice to see someone step up for the customer for a change.
