  • Check in was very simple and I enjoyed the front desk girls I got my room and headed up stairs to find that they booked me the wrong room and when I called the manager got very rude and did not want to change my room to what I paid for! He wanted me to pay to upgrade my room and I had no choice considering the only reason I booked the room I did was for the pull out bed for my guest that would end up sleeping off the booze that night. Once we got into our new room I really enjoyed the view we had in a corner king and the room it since was very nice and pretty big the overall night stay was a good one nice clean bathrooms and room. The D grill is not the bed but the bars are great and the bartenders are even better. I would have given this Casino a 5 star if it wasn't for all the issues I came across checking in and checking out when I checked out they tried to change me a second resort view for me having to change my room because of the mistake they made! And I was not the only one complaining about it...
