  • We made an appointment with Precision five days ago and they were supposed to come today. They called this morning to say our appointment would be delayed, but someone would be out this afternoon. Precision just called back to say they are "overbooked" and no one will be out to our house at all today!! How can you make an appointment with a company so many days in advance for them to cancel the day of??... After we were accommodating enough to move the appointment to the afternoon, nonetheless!!! Very disappointing. Poor reservation schedule obviously. They weren't even apologetic. We will never be using this company ever again!!!!!
