  • I wish I could give 0 stars, this place has the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. I have been waiting for me "next day delivery" for 25 days now... on 4 separate occasions they have called to confirm delivery, only to stand me up. They have used every excuse in the book, 1/ truck broke down 2/ furniture wasn't put on truck 3/ driver over scheduled, 4/furniture back ordered after being released to someone else. This is insane, I have taken off 20 hours from work to drive home and wait for them AFTER they confirm they are coming, and they don't show up, they don't even CALL to say they aren't coming. The customer service rep "dared" me to try and return the sofa. They are ripoff scam artists taking our money and never delivering the product. I would boycott at all costs. WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
