  • I was excited about Dawn till Dusk because of a reference I got and all of the great reviews online. My problem was a minor one, (breaker was flipped) and they fixed it in 5 minutes, so I said well you might as well do a tune up while you are out here. It wasn't Ken who came out, but the technician was there for another 15 minutes or so and went up into the attic but I had no idea exactly what he did. They charged me $68 and left. I went to home depot afterwards to pick up some more filters and the guy there was much more informative and told me that they would have done the same thing for $49 plus it seemed like they do more with their tune ups. It wasn't a bad experience by any means, the gentleman who came over was very polite, however, it wasn't outstanding and that is what my rating reflects.
