  • Very bad customer serivce. I reported a problem with the flush on a new very expensive duravit toilet we'd bought at gingers. Their reponse was to blame the plumbing in our home. Our plumber confirmed there was nothing wrong with the plumbing. We bought a new toilet at HomeHardward and it works just perfectly. We've used Ginger's many times for renovation projects, but we will NEVER be back again.
