  • If I could give this place a zero I would. When we initially had our move in date the apartment was not ready. This was so disappointing when we had just drove all the way from New Orleans. The next day they said the apartment was ready AND IT WASNT. The carpet was so filthy. It looked like the people before us had food all on the floor. There was rice in the carpet, stains on the walls, just terrible. Management was even worse. When the problem was presented to them they had no solution. But free carpet cleanings whenever we wanted. Theres no security. While out of town my car got broken into and management had nothing to say about it. The "security" they do have is two guys who hang out in the front and talk all night instead of patrolling the area. Theres kids walking around all day. People throw trash any and everywhere. ROACH INFESTED!!!!!!!!!!!! My god there were roaches everywhere. They sprayed every week (when they remembered) and it did nothing. We eventually asked them to stop coming and found some roach stuff on amazon they worked pretty good. So glad to have broken this lease because I couldnt take it anymore.
