| - As others have said, it is unfair to rate the entire salon based on one stylist, but my review is actually about the salon and not my stylist. My stylist does a great job with my curly hair, but I really wish I didn't have to go visit him in this half-assed grade-school location.
In fact, it has gotten so bad in there that I tried a new salon but regretted that because the stylist there was horrible - but I digress.
Back to Fiorio - they have so many people standing around chatting, loudly, gossiping in front of clients in their dollar store tights and see through shirts. Can they switch out this horrible 'white' wear?
I don't want to hear what's going on in the company, how poorly one is treated over the other, and who on the floor slept with whom - my stylist thankfully ignores it all and tries his best to focus on my conversation, but his co-workers are so loud and inconsiderate, I cannot wait to run out of there.
Perhaps Management should take a closer look at what the face of Fiorio looks like - revisit what proper attire should look like in such a salon, and how staff should conduct themselves on the floor since offering a beverage in a poorly washed cup does not make up for it.
