I ordered the Bistro Burger as-is, all toppings, but it was rare to raw. I was super hungry so I ended up eating about a third to a half of it before needing to put it down - the bun was even bloody. The cheese and pepper flavors were delicious, however.
My fries were like flat shoe strings- interesting concept- but not seasoned at all, and some were burned on the ends. It was more like eating kettle chips once I added some salt and pepper.
I'm an adventurous eater but jaded easily. I don't think I'll be back to this food truck because I feel like I just wasted $9.
Update: I posted this review on Chef Wade's Facebook page and he graciously offered me a free meal next week when the truck returns to my office parking lot. I'm grateful for that gesture; stay tuned for my updated review next week!
