  • My husband and I were required to pay what thier tech defined as a "deposit"(which to them means full amount of all services to be rendered) before any treatment was provided to our pet. I find it to be reasonable to ask for true deposit, however paying the full amount before treatment not a "deposit". We were 1st time customers. We will not be back.
