I came on a Saturday and was honestly surprised that the place was pretty empty. The interior is typical hipster-looking with the hanging lights and plants but not in an over-done sort of way. I found the atmosphere to be really calm and enjoyable. There is a little area near the front with a couch and chairs which I think would be perfect for a coffee and a good read. I was excited to try a vegan brunch and was happy with my meal. I ordered the french toast which was covered in blueberries and bananas. It came with fruit on the side. I enjoyed the french toast and was pleasantly surprised to discover how good it could taste without eggs. My only two complaint are that the portion was a little small for my liking and the meal was luke warm, rather than hot.
My friend had the "santé" something dish which came with a bagel with vegan cream cheese, a yogurt parfait and some fruit. She really enjoyed what she ordered.
The service was pleasant and the price reasonable.
I wasn't completely blown away by the experience but I am looking forward to trying other vegan dishes here next time.
