  • Needed carpet water extraction service late on a Saturday night. The crew took about 1 1/2 Hours to arrive. To be expected. I couldn't get anyone else to respond. Water was standing in the house. Had a broken water line. They ran the extraction, took about 2 Hours. Not bad but I've extracted 117.5 gallons of water the next day myself and the carpet is still wet. Heard them say they didn't want to be here for another 3 Hours, also broke a lamp. The price was outrageous for the work accomplished. Totally disillusioned.
