Hotel looks great since it's brand new. Staff is the problem. Booked a room for one night with points. Hotel charged for the room anyway. They also took out (2) $195 holds and (2) $75 holds. Took about a week for everything to refund. Spoke with Hilton customer service and left a message for the hotel manager. Was supposed to get a call back but the hotel just closed out the inquiry from customer service. Explained numerous times that I wanted the 35K points back as the $750 in charges and holds was utterly ridiculous. Management is cowardly and shows no sympathy for guests even when they make a massive mistake.
