  • Horrible service at this location. Techs are slow and they don't pay attention to details. Took my vehicle in for a flat repair and a tire balance. They asked me if I wanted a rotation as well and I said no. Well they did the rotation anyway and didn't reset the tire pressure sensors. When I asked the manager about the sensors, he said that the computer corrects it. This is not true with Tahoes and other GM cars, you have to reset them yourself. So he either lied or didn't know what he was talking about. Either way, it's unacceptable. Then when they fixed the nail in the tire, they put the tire on backwards. It was a directional tire and it only goes on one way correctly. All of this and when I went back to tell them, they take their time to correct these issues. None of this is acceptable when it comes to anyone's vehicle and the safety of them and their family.
