  • As a child Sears was one of the go to stores. Well know that I am an adult and needed to make a fairly large purchase I chose Sears. WHAT A MISTAKE!!!!!!!! The only reason they are still in business is because of their return policy where they charge you an arm and a leg and you get the run around from sales people all the way to management. If you can call a person with no manners and no brains a manager. What ever happened to the customer may know a little about what they want and you try to help get them satisfied. That was not the case at this store. JUST STAY AWAY!!!!! I will never shop at SEARS OR KMART AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!
