  • I needed back surgery so I was referred to Dr. Muir. I had to go a few times before my surgery and didn't actually meet Dr. Muir until the day before my surgery. After my surgery was done he did not come and see me in the hospital at all. He sent his physician assistant to see me. So far I've had to go back to his office which is 40 minutes away 4 times after my surgery and the last visit I finally see him. I tell him I had a fall and my pain has increased and he blew me off and cut back my pain meds to half the strength and half the quantity as well. When I called the office and talked to his rude nurses assistant he told me basically oh well go see your pain management Dr. instead. I was not trying to get more medication I just wanted to know what else I could do or take to help with the pain. This wanna be nurse did not even go check and talk to the doctor. I would not recommend this Doctor if you can help it, it seems they only care enough to get your money from your insurance and once they are done they don't give a cap about you.
