  • This has been the worst cleaners experience of my life! I normally do not go to this cleaners because I was not impressed the first time I went. A situation arose in which I needed to go back for just the second time. On 11/2/2017 I went to pick up my 16 pieces per my receipt. I was only given about half the order. They then said they were searching for the other half. They found five of my seven shirts that were missing. I've been patiently waiting for assistance with either the finding of my two, only-worn-twice, Polo shirts or compensation for replacement costs. I have reached out directly to them by either going directly to the store or calling once per week. My last call was last Thursday or Friday. I left a manager a voicemail. I never heard back from her. Today, I called them because enough is enough. The assistant manager said she had a letter for me, which, I assume, came from their corporate location. I show up about 15 mins later and they cannot find this letter! The lady calls someone and they tell her it was a $50 gift card TO THEIR STORE!!! The audacity of this business! You lose my clothes and, as reimbursement, you offer me a $50 gift card to your own establishment?! Why would I ever want to use your services again? That's at a minimum $100 worth of Polo (brand) shirts and your offer of $50 gift card to the very place that put me in this situation is insulting! If no action taken soon, I'll be protesting out in front of the store! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS AGAIN!
