rev:text	I need a new neurologist!! Three months I've waited for Cindy to give me a referral to a sleep study. I've been battling a migraine for what seems like forever now. Today she told me she made an appointment for me and when I called the number she gave me they told me they never received the referral last month. Great follow up! I waited 25 minutes this morning and I kept hearing "Service is not just a courtesy it's a commitment"....Do you have a clue how frustrating this experience has been calling over and over again hearing the same damn thing from an embarrassed employees at the front desk "only Cindy can do that...she is out of town....she is off today....she can't come to the phone".... It doesn't matter if you are the greatest doctor in the world....if the only person that can do referrals doesn't take her job seriously you are not a good Doctor, because you let this happen!! Thank you Kelly for helping me this afternoon. I am sorry I had a small meltdown on the phone.
