  • Horrible check in!!! Long line and they don't acknowledge everyone waiting. They had empty check in booths and didn't bother to call more employees to front desk to assist all the patrons waiting!!!!! Don't bother with this hotel, go to one with better customer service The aria cafe is excellent and the fitness center is the best of best !!!
