UPDATE***Still terrible! Okay, so I had a very pleasant experience with one cashier Erin. So pleasant and sweet. That being said, here's what happened: I ordered pictures online. There was a promo code available for 50% off everything photo. The first problem I had was with the website. It would automatically refresh every so often while I was in the middle o editing my photos ( I had A LOT) so I would keep losing everything I had just done. So, I broke it up into groups to try and get through it faster. The first time the coupon code worked no problem but the other groups it would not accept the code. (NOTE: NO limit stated in the "fine print") So, I ordered them anyway and went to pick them up the next day. The manager Sharon was very pleasant and helpful and adjusted the price no problem as it was an error on the website. Fast forward to later that day, I decided to get one more set of photos printed. Again, the code wouldn't work on the website but I thought no big deal, they can just do the same thing when I pick them up. I go to get them and there is a different manager there. I explained to her what happened before and this woman stood in the middle of the aisle yelling at me saying that it was already applied. Well, it didn't show a discount on the sticker and my total was still full price. She then told her cashier to adjust he price but told me "not to send anymore pictures there" and "I was just trying to get something for free" are you kidding?? I just spent almost $100.00 in photos in two days there!! She was the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with! I am not a person who EVER calls corporate on people but you can BELIEVE I will be reporting this woman. UNREAL. She did spell her name out for me so that was great (huge eye roll) Thanks for nothing JAKI BARTON
