  • We have been guest at this hotel for the last 5 days. We are spending thousands of dollars. We are in the Tropicana Lounge which we have been continually coming to for most of our trip. Most of the bartenders have been amazing. But when you get one constantly ignores you. And put time limits on your comps while you are still actively gambling. It kind of destroys the whole experience of coming to this hotel casino. Just last night we had a bartender named Mondo who is just amazing. Now we have the older lady by the name of Pat at least that's what it says on her name tag. She is consistently ignoring us. Acting as if she's not here to provide a service for us. This really gives a bad name to this hotel and casino when you have an employee who treats the customers so bad. Just because of her I would not recommend this casino hotel to anyone on this planet. She's rude and not very attentive at all. I think that her management needs to have a conversation with her. In a nutshell it's called Bad Business.
