  • This company was referred to me by my insurance co, after significant water damage to my home. They came out to go over my estimate, indicated they probably weren't going to make much money from the insurance, but still planned to have their carpenter come out to give us an estimate on the additional work we wanted done as well. Reluctantly, i thought we would still give them a chance, even though communication with the very kind, but very elderly and hard of hearing owner.. ... Then nothing happened for two days, till they gave us a call and told us they didn't have the manpower to do the work, and it was a bigger job than they could handle. My insurance adjuster advised me they told him that they didn't want to do the job because we had asked them to do the work for free. At best, their communication is so poor they misunderstood what was needed. At worst, I think what happened is there wasn't enough profit in the job. This cost us another week of being out of our house ... I would never recommend these people.
