  • We used this company based off of its very good yelp review. We were out of the country when our tenant called and said the refrigerator wasn't working. I really liked that Vladamir was able to show up the same day to do the repair. The reason he's getting a bad review is because when we were negotiating the repair he told me he would give us a two month warranty on the repair. Then after he repaired it, I paid him and he left he called me back and said he wanted to clarify that warranty meant that if it broke in the next two months he would apply the payment we had made to changing the entire compressor which is not what warranty means. When I politely explained to him that he had misused the word warranty and he should actually warranty his work because of it, he became upset and said he's going to go right back to the house and take out the unit that he had repaired and leave us stranded trying to scramble for another repair service while on our vacation. If he said warranty he should've given me a warranty
