I know I know, places like Verizon, Spectrum (Time Warner), etc. that provide a service over time tend to be the worst when it comes to service. It's generally true. I utterly despise Time Warner Cable. But as a fact of life for those of us wanting to stay in touch, we gotta have a phone bill somewhere. I've chosen Verizon for years and haven't regretted it ever. Even when I've changed to AT&T in the past, I've always found myself back on Verizon.
I've reviewed another Verizon location or two in the past. One of them even got one of my rare 1-star reviews. This one doesn't though. Four stars is the highest I'll go. I think you'll almost always find yourself waiting for help here. They have a good setup with checking you in as soon as you walk in the door. But then you'll wait a good while even while it seems that some employees are totally available. In the end, there are some helpful and some not-so-helpful employees in the mix at this location.
Service is good and seriously covers you almost anywhere. I do hate to say it, as I've recently switched from Apple to Android, that the signal and interaction between an iPhone and the Verizon network is far superior. While Verizon may be the most expensive wireless provider, I will always be willing to pay the price for coverage almost anywhere.
