Today is DAY 6 that they lost my CHECKED IN luggage. BF & I went to LV from San Diego, We both checked in 1 luggage each. BF got his, but I didn't get mine!!! We've been calling at least once a day, sometimes twice. And their usual script is, "I apologize, we have not found your luggage yet. No news as of yet but, we are actively searching for your luggage." That's the same line over and over again!!! From a live person of course. How can they lose a luggage that takes only 45 minutes flight to LV? They said that the tag my have been torn of. Its hard to tear off the tag that they attached! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! Maybe you just need to do a carry on bag!!!
