  • I went in there to get some windshield wipers blades for my car. In that section was a Bosch mini electronic chart to help you find the size blade for your car. I followed the prompts and found my size bit that brand was $26.99 / blade. There were many cheaper brands which didn't have a chart to help with make / model of vehicle. I went to the counter to ask for help. There was one guy working. Just one. And he was helping 2 men figure out what part they needed for whatever they were working on. There was also another man waiting at the cash register with an item to purchase. The lone employee showed no sense of urgency. Didn't acknowledged that there were customers waiting. A simple "hey folks I'll be with you in a sec" does wonders.
