  • Nice gym. Nice lobby. I got a room with blood stained sheets and carpet with stains all over it. This is the worst Westin I've ever stayed in. Update: forgot to add, one of their managers said he's so sorry about my disgusting room that he'd give me enough points to book another one to try to make up for things. Well guess who never got those points? They're liars in addition to incompetent hotel managers. Haven't stayed at a Westin since.
