| - If I could give her (PHYLICIA ASWEGE) a "-star" I would. The appointment started off like she was in a bad mood and it got worse from there. She let me know there would be extra charges for more than 4 ozs. of color, even though the Groupon only references extra for ombre; which 4 ozs. is pretty specific and could be added to the Groupon disclaimers. Which I said nothing about and said the charge was fine. During the coloring she asked me about my cut, like she knew me and me being polite, I played along. I did not want to correct her, I was a bit embarrassed that she thought she knew me. BUT that lead to her maybe getting upset with me, because she told me she would have to charge me for the haircut since I had used a Groupon before. I politely told her, I had never been to her place before, does it say somewhere? I guess she doesn't keep a client list. I wish she did so she would not have chopped my hair and chopped is being polite and so is saying its a Pixie cut, its just like a two year-old took scissors to the back of my hair. Next we discussed my hair cut (let me explain first, my glasses were off) I showed her a picture and I told her I would like a longer version of that picture. Well, she gave me a pixie cut (thats being nice) and a HORRIBLE one at that. It is uneven, looks like a 18 year-old one day graduate from Beautician School had at it. My left back is uneven, the sides by my ears are uneven. Don't cut mad, keep a client list and learn how to cut hair! If you want pictures, I can provide, I warn you I am crying like a baby in them. 8 inches of hair gone to a person who needs to learn how to be a hairstylist and not be mad when she takes Groupons. When you upcharge on Groupons and get mad when someone corrects you they have not been to you before so you can't charge them, don't cut mad.
Adding insult to injury, the page linked on her Groupon to FB, she took down! It's because I showed the cut job she did on my hair or should I say hack job.
