  • OK so we live here in Phoenix we were just looking for a nice getaway for the family. I will start off by saying that the hotel is pretty dated but it's very well kept with modern amenities. The mountain views are gorgeous you can pretty much see those from every angle in the resort. We had a King Casita, upstairs was a king bedroom with full bathroom and the walk out to the patio that had two lawn chairs and a nice patio set with umbrella. Now downstairs was a living room with a sofa bed, dining room and kitchen. I loved having the kitchen it helped so we didn't actually eat out for every meal during our staycation; there is a local grocery and drugstore less than 10 minutes away. The staff was very accommodating, anytime we called out for anything, they came within minutes; everyone was very nice. The fitness center and Spa is nestled right next to the Casita's which is great. There were pools EVERYWHERE! Much to my delight we had a pool with jacuzzi right at our room, and they are open pretty late which is cool 11pm is when the guards start coming out. The lazy river and the mini golf was so cool! We all had a really great time and can't wait to come back.
