  • We put in a web order early in the morning for a birthday bouquet to be delivered TODAY (Saturday). The dingbat florist NEVER looked at her web orders until afternoon and called to tell me she couldn't deliver today, that she will deliver on Tuesday! I don't want to hear EXCUSES - I want FLOWERS to BE DELIVERED!!! Isn't that YOUR BUSINESS??? If you want to DELAY web orders - SAY SO on the FREAKING WEBSITE. Urge the customers to call to make sure the order goes through! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MISCREANT!! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! Please go elsewhere. She ruined a birthday surprise. It was extremely disappointing.
