  • Pretty decent place. I bought our engagement ring from here. The people who helped us were quite well informed and didn't pressure us in any way. If it was just based on the diamond specialist people alone this would be a decent place and a definite 4 star. Where they lose it is in the people who work at their table, or reception area where you go to pay. Rude as hell which is surprising for the relatively huge sum of my money spent. I'm not sure what the hiring manager was thinking but employing the cast of mean girls for the people who answer the phone and take your money is a terrible idea. After paying for the ring I asked how or when I'd be informed to which I got some eye rolls, sighs and the information I needed. When I called the day the ring was coming in all I got was a "it hasn't come in yet. Bye" followed by a click. So yeah rude customer service after you decide on everything with their pleasant gemologists or whatever.
