A 4-5 would have been VERY possible if only this lovely tri-tower side side resort of the MGM had better customer service. While our check in clerk was delightful... The front desk and bell staff were woefully understaffed (especially for the three-day Memorial Day weekend) and VERY non-responsive! I had to wait for nearly 1/2 hour to get a new magnetic key for my room as there was a check in line for days and NO separate service line. And, it took nearly an hour for the bell person to come for our luggage upon check out. Keep in mind you are NOT ALLOWED to use a bell cart alone.
That said, the room was wonderful, the view lovely, and the amenities bountiful.
