  • I handed the man at the entrance my pre-paid coupon for "Full Service" today. He called it garbage and told me to back my car off the lot. I persisted to ask politely for an explanation. The guy in charge pointed to the sign that now says "ANNA Car Wash" and not "One-a-Minute". He says it is a different company and my pre-paid coupons are of no value. He also told me I could use the coupons at a car wash on Jane at Vincent. I asked the fellow to repeat that twice, but so far, I have not been successful to locate any such car wash. So I am out 10 times $20. Not impressed.
