  • TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! The receptionist whose name is Shannon, was very rude to me twice so I did not buy my back brace here because of her unprofessional behavior. When I first walked in instead of greeting me she just shoved a clipboard at me to fill out and told me to bring it back to her when I was done. Apparently, Shannon was too busy complaining to her manager about a customer she had to deal with on the phone but sounded more like a complaining child to greet me properly. I disregarded her first rudeness and filled out the paperwork. I didn't fill out my address because Shannon asked for my ID to make a copy and my current address is on my Driver License. When I handed the clipboard back to her, she immediately said in a very loud and condescending tone, "Mr. you have to at least write legibly in order for me to read it". I could not believe she just said that and apparently the office manager was standing right behind her... I asked what she could not read and she said "your address" and I told her it was on the driver license. She said, "you have fill it out on the paper" also in a very loud rude tone. I asked for the manager and found that she was the girl who smelled like a cigarette butt was standing right behind her the whole time (Jamie is her name i think)...???!!! The manager did not see anything wrong with what Shannon had just said to me and the way she said it. I asked for the manager's bosses name and number and walked out. I would recommend you do the same unless you like to be treated unprofessionally... Best of luck to whoever reads this -- There are other stores that provide prosthetist and back braces.
