  • Do not rent from here! Awful experience. Booked a 2 week rental from Vegas to Chicago. Was excited to use the $39 a day code to have a great road trip. Booked the car on 12/29. When I booked they let me know there would be a fee around $200 because I was dropping off at a different city. I was fine with that. Happened to be reading online how others were told they couldn't rent in one city and drop in another...just to check I called to confirm my reservation. Was told that the Las Vegas location denied my reservation. I asked why no one let me know my reservation was cancelled and all I got was "Sorry, we should have told you but there is nothing we can do...the reservation is cancelled". Horrible customer service, scheduling system and overall experience.
